A well planned, coherent rhetoric can be substantially assertive and influential than an elaborate presentation or report. Public speaking is one of the most important communication skills for a manager, crucial in leadership and management. To move the needle up a notch, we have the programme “SPOTLIGHT”, where students are trained to prime the students up on effective demonstration skills, and most speak confidently on stage, in front of a live audience. These public speaking sessions groom the students on multiple levels. They boost the self-confidence, importantly train them to get a message across effectively, to a large crowd or gathering.

The SPOTLIGHT sessions help the students in their personal development and in making proper career advancements. With tips and tricks on excellent communication skills and overcoming stage fear, our students gain knowledge of the performance skills and body language. They learn to share, motivate, inspire and help people. The sessions focus on preparing a well-planned script for the oratory, understanding the listeners and adjusting the speech according to their interest and attention.

We train our future managers to successfully interact with their potential customers and hence market their business. These skills later on enable them to play pivotal roles in creating and leading teams, companies, start-ups, small groups of societies and NGO’s; and in solving social and business problems. We hence prepare our students to overcome all the barriers in communication so that they are always ready, marketable and confident.
