Women Leadership Programme organised by XIME Kochi and UN Global Compact Network of India
XIME Kochi in
partnership with UN Global Compact Network of India (GCNI) organised a
two day Leadership program at Novotel, Kakkanad on 17th and 18th
October, 2019. The programme addressesed the goal of UNGCNI towards
reduction of gender discrimination at work place and aimed to promote gender
equality and women’s full and active participation & leadership at all
levels. The training program was an invaluable opportunity for women executives
to enhance their leadership skills, learn from successful business women &
create a cohesive network invested in the success of women. Some of the
