    Dr. Saji Gopinath discussed the various future designs and disruption during his visit to Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Kochi on 22nd March 2021.

        The distinguished speaker gives an insight into how management will transform in the future. The role of management in Industry 4.0 is the usage of automation with respect to data exchange in manufacturing technology. 

    There is an increase in contract labor and freelance work creating a pathway to GIG Economy. Technology and the economy always find a new way to evolve. The management has to adapt to the changes and create an efficient way to develop the system.
