On 29th July, Ms. Meret Anil Philip conducted a training session for students majoring in HR on Behavioural Interviewing.                                                

She explained in detail how both interviewers and interviewees should prepare themselves before an interview. The focus of the session was on behavioural interviews and how they differ from other types of interviews. 

Behavioural interviews assess how candidates have acted in past situations to predict their future performance. Understanding this distinction is essential for both interviewers and candidates to excel in this type of

interview.
