XIME Students' Team wins 'The Best Management Team' Award

On 4^th October 2019, I Sanjay, along with Harsha, Joel and Harshil of my batch went to Chinmaya University to participate in the Best Management Team event of their Management Fest JaBaGaDaDaSh 2.0. Being first year students and our first time participating in a Management Fest, we were nervous and equally worried about the event and our performance. The pressure increased as soon as we reached the venue, as there were over 390 students participating in various events at the fest.

We went through rounds like Quiz, Risk Management, Direction, Case Analysis and Marketing. The whole event was really challenging at each and every stage. We kept going and doing the tasks that were given to us. With the joint efforts of our team, we were able to perform really well. Even though we were participating in an event for the first time, we never felt like it since we were working really well as a team, as per the need of the situation. We were able to complete all tasks on time and in the right manner. We were consistent throughout the competition and the hard work done by the team finally paid off when we lifted the award for the Best Management Team. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks to my team and all those who supported us.
