2 days residential training programme for BPCL @ XIME Kochi

The first of a series of planned training programmes for BPCL kicked off with a two day residential training programme on managerial effectiveness for senior managers of BPCL - Kerala. The programme was inaugurated at XIME Kochi on 5th October 2023. The topics included were Communication and Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management & Time Management, Internal Marketing, Theory of Constraints, Email Etiquettes, Style Adaptability etc.
